IMO, uplisting is not happening anytime soon. MM gave me the impression that CYDY’s chance of going on the NASDAQ is unlikely. With the stock going back into the $3 range tomorrow, maybe lower, it’ll make it even harder. MM added at the end, “EVEN if we do meet the criteria, the NASDAQ can still deny it.” He’s setting the stage for failure as the PPS drop and the terrible financing deal with Fife cause problems with uplisting. They keep saying they want to raise funds at higher levels and that’s not going to happen soon.
