The word that keeps popping into my mind is desperation. The rehashing of old info, good as it was reeks of it.
NP bringing up his MIL again, and his tone while doing so as well.

So my question is are they desperate because of concern LL won’t be approved, or rather that compensation proxy won’t pass.
