That makes it an outright lie as in...I did not do something I told shareholders I did. This is very serious. What else has he misinformed shareholders about? Obviously a no vote re compensation. Does anyone have feelings about the severe trial as I have already publicly stated that it’s all about severe anyway?

1. What kind of efficacy do they need to show in order to force the FDA’s hand?
2. If I’m correct they should have the last patient completed by September 22 and if that’s the case is there anything preventing management from telling us what the interim results were?… And how does all of that work?
