IMO, NP and the board are aware that investors have been voting no because they brought it up during the CC. I voted no and I know many large shareholders have voted no as well, including shareholders with 6 and 7 figure holdings. That doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’ll say this: in the past we’ve discussed voting on here and sometimes it was mixed and it passed, but this time it’s not mixed.
