Here's what I think I heard:
1. No EUA for CD10 mild to moderate patients (ever). CYDY not even thinking of this anymore, if they ever were.
2. No EUA for CD12 patients as even if interim data is good, they wiil continue with the trial until full enrollment is reached.
3.BLA for 700mg combo HIV will be submitted sometime in the future after CYDY is sure they have got it right. Nader unwilling to project a date when it will be submitted.
4.Naders m-i-l is alive and kicking even after a stroke.
5.MHRA sites/protocols are being developed, with no firm dates as to when they'll start recruiting.
6. No mention of other countries interest in LL.
7.FDA continues to be a wonderful Gov agency.
8. 25 million bonus shares will not be handed out willy-nilly.
So, IMO we face at least 3-4 weeks without any substantial news (interim CD12), and probably at least 6 months before the FDA acts on the BLA submittal.
I think the sp will need a double dose of LL tomorrow and in the next few weeks.
