If thats the case, then they have lied to us all. Here people have been tweeting - why no EUA, its been 20 days, its been 28 days etc. And they didn't even file.
Who here thought we were waiting for a decision, when they didn't even put the paper work in. For real ? And then they say - oh, they said not to, so we will not.. calling bs. Put it in, let them reject it. Then you can take legal action at a later time.
I feel so disappointed to find out they didn't actually apply. Jokers.
Sell LL, thats our best chance at this stage of getting a return.
