Hard to sugar coat this one. Zero reason to do this today and it will cost shareholders hundreds of millions tomorrow.
We didn't even formally file for EUA on CD10. Some on here were saying it was 90% last week yet we weren't close enough to take a shot.
We have no date for resubmitting the BLA.
This whole call is awful. Anyone voting yes on #2 is asking to be robbed blind.
