Agree about Tony and Pestell (though Tony was a C-suite guy at Gilead and Pestell an academic, not someone who has biotech and regulatory competence)...
A different perspective: who approved the Prostagene merger without doing due diligence about the prognostic test and whether it was ready? - Nader and BOD. That is on them... doing a merger without checking whether the main asset of the company you acquire has any value at all is a form of malfeasance in my book. Just like the convertible note settlement.
