Sounds like a fair point. I doubt as long as the selling continues it would make any difference. We need more than a road map showing where we are going to get some buyers.

You know how it is when you are traveling from Jersey to Florida on I-95. You have only made significant progress when you start seeing the Pedro's South of the Border sign in Carolina. Our Pedro is a signed deal AND the funds deposited into our account. IMO.
