I disagree the priority should be
1. Finish BLA and get it right!
2. Finish S-C trial with statistically significant outcomes
3. This results in saving human lives and improving quality
4. Shareholder value increases as well
You cannot save lives or improve quality without getting FDA approval and commercializing the drug.
