In the world of high tech and bio, salary means nothing. To make serious money you need stocks and more stocks. Moving forward, without enough stock option to attract potential candidate, nobody will come. Actually looking at the option cydy has, it is pretty normal. Think about it for a second if this one is not approved and NP has to come back later for smaller chunk, what does that mean That mean NP does not have enough stock option now to get someone that is really good and by the time they get the option approved, SP may be way higher than today because there are too many catalyst in front of us. You know what that means? You will need to give the candidate more options by that time to make the offer attractive. Option price at $6 is way better than Option price at $20. Google around other companies and you will have more respect for what NP has done to this company and to US!!!
