"Silo approach"..with that being said my sense is that Cassandra X understands the need for front/back office as with any organization in RETAIL whether it be hard goods/intellectual property or the world we find ourselves.
You must have goaltenders, kickers and carriers of the message. I don't believe she believes that the store can be run by scientists. I don't think any of us do.
