The EFFECTs were for the GNBT Oasis shares and the shares w warrants. I sure would like to see the preferred shares, myself.
That quantity of shares (250MM) hopefully won’t see the light of day until Generex is buying a large competitor in the future. They had to use a number to calculate the registration fees. But I’m quite sure Joe doesn’t intend to issue that many under the current circumstances (and at these prices)...
