Voted 7 figures of shares"NO" to #2 which is what amounts to Executive bonuses, and Voted "No" to # 4 approval of Executive compensation.
NO MORE BONUSES OR AWARDS TO EXECUTIVES OF ANY KIND UNTIL APPROVAL & INCOME.
Executives have been well compensated to this point, and shareholders have been generous. But everything has its limits. Enough already!
Executives can wait for additional rewards like the rest us.
Take note Executives: Shareholders have had enough. Get the uplisting done. Get something/anything approved. Create income. Until then, NO MORE AWARDS , BONUSES, OR INCENTIVES.
