Less than a year ago those 100 million shares were worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $30-50 million. But as of now those shares are worth $400 million +/- and if approval or uplisting or anything good happens they would be worth $1billion or more. Once that sinks in, then start discussing/contemplating your vote. At least that's how I'm approaching it. Of course you can decide for yourself.
