I understand all this and was surprised that a government contractor would even be considered given the fact that if you use a government contractor you have to assign a free, unlimited license for use by the granting agency/government. Plus they may also require matching funds in order to receive a grant which NNLX doesn't have.
My other concern is that the flat pack patent and this covid patent are going to be in the CEO's name, which given possible financial stresses in the future, could result in the company going BK and the CEO have a golden parachute with both patents and the rest of trying to explain to our spouses, friends, children, and possibly grandchildren what happened to our investment. Such great potential in so many areas over the last 14 years and nothing but a flat pack came to market.
