The illogical behavior by the FDA and possible demands of a "Complete trial Finish" although compelling still leaves a couple of wild cards. (Right to try) would open doors to an EUA on those in the worst shape and the looming need for Trump to have an answer to the population of the United States on Covid and so many other fronts that it impacts.
