Well it's not the company selling, it is Oasis. It mentions a maximum price (for fee calculation) of $4/share which goes in line with NGIO being listed for $4. However that is for fee calculation only, so NGIO could go public for $10 for all we know. I don't know if Oasis already has 1,700,000 shares of NGIO. Maybe Joe will provide insight on this.
