The 25M shares were described as incentives to attract talent to the company. However, everything that the company does is basically outsourced, testing, product production, FDA filing, etc. So is it to attract big names to the panel , why ? LL can now be considered as a mature drug. NP thinks the stock is worth 3 digits, i.e. $100, so who is going to share in this $2.5 Billion windfall ?
