Typically reverse splits are a sign of weakness.. this is true in the case of HGEN as well....they are hanging by their fingernails to get uplisted even though they have big daddy GILD in their pocket ....but GILD may qant to see them fail also so they can buy stuff at a fire sale


I have been investing for decades and most all reverse splits happen just like this one ....it causes short and intermediate term gas ...and takes a while to get back any momentum and alot of time it never does
