personal preference would be a buyout by REGN which is s the model Leo wanted for IPIX. A tax free share exchange on say a 1/10 basis for two blockbuster drugs with incredible potential may seem generous now but over time could prove to be a bargain, another nice benefit would be those that wanted to could making their gains long term while others could obtain cash when needed by selling some or all of their shares. A win for all except those that are short who deserve to pay a huge price. Go IPIX!!!
