The talk for months and months has been around NGIO getting listed, so this should be a big deal for shareholders and investors I would think and the fact that Generex owns such a big stake in NGIO, I would think that shareholders and investors would look at this as a huge opportunity now.

My big question is, while the S-1 for NGIO is in, how does that information get out to the public and to shareholders? I only saw the S-1/A for Generex show up on Fidelity.
