lorbas: I like Nader very much and believe he deserves a ton of credit for keeping CYDY alive during the hard times, but the triple digit value he wants is years away and not a sure thing given management's propensity to blunder along with so many unmet timelines. In the meantime,Nader and Scott, after being handsomely rewarded financially last fiscal year, now want huge additional compensation from shareholders with few real points on the scoreboard (as reflected by sp).

This is why I have now blocked calls from 833-814-9456 pestering me to vote my shares to approve management's new compensation demands. If I were forced to vote today, I would vote "no", but I will wait to Sept 29 to see if something positive actually occurs (as opposed to the usual CC litany of aspirations) to give me enough motivation to vote "yes".
