I believe that is what I said. It will only be if ALL of those things fail that they will care about the SP... because that will mean there is no cash, and they have to try to raise funds with stock, as it would be the only remaining option.
If one or more of these projects start to raise cash, they will not have to worry about the SP, because it won't be a source of raising capital. But the SP would presumably improve as well.
