With a full audit that he said they did, it should have been known about their issues and shenanigans. Heck just some google searches by rjs pulled up veneto issues.
Rather than buy so many companies so quickly, Joe could have sold a few million of those “friends of GNBT” shares when we were $2-3 and had non dilutive funding. Not saying we would necessarily be better off right now, but maybe we would and be listed without the issues those deals created.
