Hi, Doc,
Can you please elaborate on why you think today is specifically a must-file date for the NGIO S-1?
It appears that ~12/13 is the staleness date for our previous 10K data, so it would seem today would be a GREAT day to put it in. But is tomorrow significantly worse than today for some particular reason? Is there a cutoff or specific guidance in this matter that I have been unable to find?
Thanks for any enlightenment you can give on this, as I am truly wondering what the significance will be if (when?) we don't see an S1 filed today...
