For what it's worth, months ago I found a connection between PCT and PCT Europe. I didn't want/feel like sharing it on the "other" board. For the life of me, I can no longer find the information either. However, what I found was that one of the owners of PCT Europe owned 4% if Bingham Canyon Corp. Which was PCTL's name before being bought out in 2018. Just throwing it out there and hope it helps.
