My objection to how the acquisitions were handled are 1)too many too soon 2)due diligence was obviously not thorough enough 3)terms of deals were near impossible forcing renegotiated terms or extensions with penalties (if I remember correctly) and lawsuits. Of course this is all with hindsight 20/20. My preference is to focus on one objective one goal one deal at a time. See it through to the end. Then move to the next. My opinion we are spinning too many plates. It comes across to me like joe has no impulse control. He needs to be able to prioritize better and complete some deals. Our to do list is a mile long. We need to start crossing items off it.
