He does indeed have some medical knowledge and yet he seemed to have failed to grasp that bradykinin's regulatory role in cytokine response is itself dependent upon their ability to bind to and activate macrophages. No macrophages, no inflammatory response. Inhibition of CCR5, down regulation of macrophages. This is immunology 101. So for someone so knowledgeable it begs the question how does this logic escape him and if it didn't and why leave that part out? Also as a busy MD teaching journal clubs in academic medicine along with his clinical duties it seems to me he has devoted a lot of time to this board, most especially during times when the stock is being highly shorted. Is this just mere coincidence or something other? Ockam's razor suggests the simplest explanation is most often the correct one.
