P-Value with 12 deaths on each group (50%reduction) is 0.04489 that being "statistically significant."
"45 deaths in LL group Value would be 0.0252
48 deaths in LL group Value would be 0.0505"
This all provided the FDA used two-tailed approach we could "afford" maximum deaths @ 45, that is provisionally based on (33 dying in the placebo group)."
Does the difference of 3 deaths move the needle twofold?
