Trodelvy would have been great to use in a cocktail with LL.
Actually a combination would be counter-indicative. Trodelvy binds to TROP2. TROP2 increases tumor cell growth through CA2+ and ERK1 and 2 pathways. Not only does CCR5 blockade downregulate CA2+ and ERK 1 and 2 it also downregulates NF-KB. Downregulating NF-KB lowers TROP2 expression so there would be far less binding sites for Trodelvy.
It's the same thing as Keytruda. CCR5 blockades downregulates PDL-1, so no need for Keytruda.
