You know, this brings up the issue of the origina record date being in August 2019. Anyone that sold after that date should have still been entitled to the NGIO dividend, however FINRA changes that on them by taking so long to approve. The PR I quoted in my prior message said that anyone who sold would not have been entitled to the dividends anyway since the due bill process. However that is not true at all since NGIO does not follow the due bill process. So if you sold GNBT during August 2019 to January 2020, you would have been entitled to the NGIO shares had they not changed the record date.
