My Opinion: Gilead has approached CYDY multiple times (HIV, COVID) about a licensing deal or partnership but NP’s pride and overzealous nature got in the way of a great opportunity each time (he turned it down). No, maybe the terms weren’t the best, but they never are Vyera level percentages because it’s not realistic for a non-revenue biotech.

Obviously this is my opinion and assumptions based on information that is out there, mostly comments by NP. Is Adam F. or Gilead solely at fault? No, I don’t think so.
