CD12 statistics: p=0.5 with 12 deaths in each group?????
Just wondering if i did this correctly. I am using the two binomial distribution test from WolframAlpha.
12 deaths in each group is the same as a 50% mortality reduction from leronlimab vs. standard of care.
50% reduction in deaths seems ambitious?
12 deaths in placebo group is nearly 20%. That seems like a lot.
