I am amazed that anyone thinks a building bring constructed or delayed determines QMC success or not.
QMC delivered two automated quantum dots Manufacturing systems "reactors" there. They only take up two small labs controlled by Qamronics probably working with interested companies and universities in different product fields. The partners have their own facilities.
In this context, the state of the building construction means nothing except to centralize the research in one place.
As I said in my post Friday, we just don't know what else QMC is doing besides QDX HealthID. Qamronics in india can supply QD in sublicensing and royalties deals to their JV partners, if any, right now, IMO. Does anyone think they wouldn't because they don't have a building?
