Personally I'd like to see a PR Monday morning summarizing the catalysts that we have outstanding and if we are making progress say that without giving any definitive dates. Use terms like imminent, very near future, in a matter of days, excellent discussions etc (if they are applicable to the situation)

That would perhaps hold a hammer over the heads of shorts and flippers and give shareholders a boost as well.

I think the notification of the CC 4 business days out was a definite factor in todays stock price. As has been mentioned numerous times there was nothing gained by making it that early. Word would get out if it came out at end of trading day prior.
