With what has been shown with our EIND results vs. what has been shown so far with standard of care I think we should be able to hit a statistically significant p value with 195 patients but not by much. I think a 20% differential in mortality should do it.
Even without statistical significance the survival rate will be clinically significant and will be well above 90%. With a better than 90% survival rate I can't see how that can not get press coverage and subsequent FDA approval.
