I think you are just misunderstanding. I dont think Nader concerns himself with the day to day variations in the share price. The only reason he would be concerned with the short term is related to Nasdaq.

I dont know what he knows, but Im confident its more than any of us. If you were CEO and you had reason to believe that the share price would be moving upward sometime in the next 30 days, would you care if we dropped from 4.90 to 3.90?
