Sheesh, sorry... you're right, Paul! That's what I originally posted yesterday, and as I looked at more websites I confused myself! I may have ended up looking at 10-K filing timelines by mistake.
Here is my link, and it DOES agree with your 134 days. So that would be 12/12 or 12/13.

So again I wonder why Doc was telegraphing so much emphasis yesterday specifically on Monday, 9/14 as a date to submit the S-1? Is there guidance somewhere that 90 days is critical?
All I was able to find was that the SEC tries to get back with comments within 30 days. Anyone have any more detailed info than that?
