Does anyone know if it's important that we stay above $4/share and how many days were we close above $4/share. I am just thinking out loud and believing we were over that closing price for quite a while being we went up to $10.02/share at the high.

I thought we had to close at or above $4./share to be on the Nasdaq's highest tier if we closed over 4. Just saying but sure would appreciate any input here

PS: right now traders are trying their best to keep us below 4./share in the last 15 minutes as that made me ask this question. We closed below 4/share just recently and I am wondering if that is one of the pertinent musts
