Blessing in disguise, today I learned that we purchase the very facility responsible for the leaking problem. The leaking issue is not new. here is a SEC document dating back February 21, 2019 'the cans were found to be leaking contents'
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/16708...ex10_1.htm
what I think happened is that while they were negotiating they actually reached an agreement to actually purchase and fix the facility. when you turn an enemy into a friend you win twice (not that I think they were enemies just opposite parties in a complex issue of leaking cans)
