I want to reiterate Beasley's post. I have called Joe on several occasions regarding medical issues associated with some of GNBT's initiatives. He has been concerned and willing to help the best he could. On those occasions I could even describe him as kind.

That being said, it doesn't mean that he has been a great CEO at every turn. He doesn't like people to disagree with him or point out what we see as shortcomings. He deserves criticism on several fronts, but he should not be accused of not doing his best for the company and shareholders.

There is a learning curve to every job, especially those that involve multiple stakeholders. IMO, Generex is too big and the effort should be more focused. However, Joe has a big vision and given his age, this is now a lifetime effort for him. He can't go back. If determination and perseverance rule the day, Joe will win. Unfortunately, there are many more factors at work. I am critical of the process, but I am not critical of the effort or motives of the CEO.
