Yes, they'll be reimbursed. Maybe not for inheriting it, but for the fact that they were not the owners of the facility when the mishap occurred. I believe it was at that point that they were fed up with reliance on co-packers that had no "skin in the game".
The brands weren't theirs and they weren't worried about quality control in the way that RMHB management is. After being stung more than once, they decided to make the move now and acquire their own bottling facility.
I believe they hit a grand slam with that maneuver. No more relying on slackers to invest in maintenance, upgrades or expansion, and no more being shoved aside when the big dogs cut in line.
The turnaround has been executed. The revenues to show the beginning of the payback for the investments just missed the 1st quarter fins, but they're coming.
