Your understanding is 100% incorrect. The FDA doesnt have realtime access to any data. For example, the FDA doesn't have access to the SC data. The company owns the data not the FDA. The company has to submit the data to the FDA. The FDA would definitely have the EIND data you are correct in your assessment.

The FDA does know that the drug is very safe. I do agree that we will go up a lot soon but the FDA only gets data that we give them. I hope this clears up your misconception.
