Have you guys read the bradykinin paper?
For the physicians in this room, cytokines may be elevated as a result of bradykinin or in parallel to ar2 upregulation HOWEVER this may not be the driver to serious pulmonary issues. Hyaluronic acid, edema from bradykinin induced vasodilation may be driving the ARDS picture after gene analysis from c19 BALS.
There is suggestion by Dr Jacobson of factor 12 mediated hypercoagulapathy from a disregulated RAS pathway.
I am long cydy but this is very significant. Cytokine inhibition may not be the primary pathological target needed but bradykinin instead.
