Seems pretty transparent to me.
They have front-loaded the CC with positive Kush and Agresti segments.
Which will be followed by "updates on the ongoing discussions with the FDA and the U.K.".
That means no approval at this time.
My assumption is that both regulatory bodies want to see the CD12 interim results.
