This board will need at least six days to discuss the significance of the six day gap between announcement of the CC and the CC itself. We don't want to come to any too-hasty decisions. The six days will provide us with a chance to deliberate possible scenarios and then fail to come to a conclusion.

Personally, I don't think the timing tells us anything except what we already know.
