Other than losing one "unjust enrichment" lawsuit and likely going to lose the second that is currently ongoing. The latest comp plan might even make it a hat-trick. (And the $22.5M payout to Fife).
You can't have the fox guarding the hen-house. We need an independent BOD. We need to follow at least good practices with respect to corporate governance. That is what will allow us to become the next BP. We have the product; we just need the structure to succeed.
