I agree on your assessment of current circumstances. I think Nader et al want to be assured/ready for a takeover by BP and address it ahead of the time frame. They missed last years target of 7 million in bonus I believe, that's gone.
When your are insinuating billions, millions look reasonable. I now know where "twenty nine cents" and I can get a tow when we lose tailwinds.
