Sales reps access is critical to their livelihood and in the time of Covid (no scrubbing in demos) having info and video access to better sell is priceless.

This is a huge area dollar wise and growing like wild.....SoloFire principals were sure willing to take a lot of VERB stock for the tech enhancements that they bring to the table.

Access and influence on back office medical (hospital and MD and etc) purchasing decisions is priceless.

Great purchase and cheap...IMO
